We've set up a 'fever clinic' for people who have a fever or cold symptoms.
At our hospital, in order to prevent nosocomial infections and to ensure that all patients can receive medical care with peace of mind, we have established a “Fever Clinic” for individuals with fever or cold symptoms.
The Fever Clinic accepts reservations on a first-come, first-served basis starting at 8:30 a.m. Reservations can be made by phone only. Please note that reservations for the Fever Clinic cannot be made via email or online.(Tel：043-287-2624）
Individuals with the following symptoms should visit the ‘Fever Clinic’
・Having a fever of 37.5°C or higher (please feel free to consult us even in case of a mild fever)
・Those who have had a fever (including those whose fever has subsided)
・Being in contact with individuals infected with COVID-19 or influenza
and so on.
Questions to be asked during the phone call
・Current body temperature
・When symptoms first appeared
・Infection status of those around you
And so on

・Regardless of whether you wish to be tested, those with a fever (or who have had one within the last week), and those who wish to be tested even without a fever, should make an appointment at the fever outpatient clinic.
Those who were able to make a reservation
・Please fill out the “1. Infectious Disease Questionnaire” in advance on the web questionnaire.
・For those who have a qualification confirmation document or a voucher, please take a photo that shows the number and attach it to the web questionnaire.
・When visiting, please notify us using the intercom on the back.
・The fever consultation requires about 60 minutes from visit to payment. Please understand this in advance.
・Regular consultations will also be conducted concurrently during this time slot.
Payment method
We will conduct the payment while thoroughly implementing infection prevention measures.

Our clinic’s fever outpatient service is by appointment only, and reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis starting from 8:30 AM. We appreciate your understanding.
